Developer releases AutoBot voice agent with OSWorld and AssistantBench scores
A developer posted AutoBot to Hacker News on September 17, 2026, describing it as a voice-controlled harness for long-running agentic workstreams. The project reports an OSWorld score of 32.41% and an AssistantBench score of 50.70%, and is designed to run without virtual machines while supporting local data storage for privacy.

This looks great, although a bit too minimalistic for my liking.
In the age of AI, developer productivity and job security will involve your proprietary workflow. It no longer makes sense to share your knowledge with the world.
